stick around here and do some research on diet and training, there is many members here who have dropped substantial amounts of weight (100 odd lbs) for you to question and learn from, im willing to bet that you will learn more here for free than you every would of your current trainer, and the fact he knows virtually nothing about pct proves my point lol
