    I always take:

    Vits
    BCAA's
    iso protein
    casein protein
    no xplode

Maybe I would take some taurine too to take if I try albuterol

Not sure what else I would really need.

it's a radical anti oxydent. Life extenders are fanatical about it.

one man's "necessary" is another man's "optional".

I would take, and do take, bcaa's

    (before I take glutamine)

I've taken gluatimine previously. but the last kg, when it ran out, i didn't bother to get another.

Good read! Very very interesting, i hope they keep up with human studies, sounds like it could be a promising supplement for all around good health.

Bro truthfully you can get all your nutrients from food alone. If you eat enough and only clean foods your body will repair itself and won't need anything else.

There are lots of guys who only eat a clean diet and are ripped up and strong. If you get enough protein through whole foods there is no need for a "stack" of supplement's. Spend that money on beer and girls if your in college.

Protein is Protein. US doesn't have a monopoly on it. To have loads of size you need to eat loads of food. Learn how to eat properly that is the #1 priority for someone looking to get in shape and/or bigger.

If your diet is on point I think that's the only time supps are appropriate anyways

I think protein powder is a good investment regardless of how you eat though
