tuesday- cardio (intervals for 20 minutes) + abs
    wednesday- day 2
thursday - cardio (interval 20 minutes) + abs
    friday - day 3
    saturday - day 4 + abs
    sunday- rest

5x5 is not meant for isolation exercises.

The number of forum members who have been misinterpreting 5x5 training regimen are on the rise these days.

No, that not what he is saying.

5x5 is meant for compound exercises only, which is why one should follow the lower weight higher repetition routine as for isolation exercises.

It is absurd to do isolation exercises such as flyes, alternating dumbell curls, upright rows and tricep cable pushdowns for 5 sets and 5 reps, not to mention one will eventually injure himself.
