    Starting strength

    Anyone like or dislike this program to start with? How long should one stay on this program before going on to a more traditional program? Please and Thanx you.

    no one should dislike this program for beginners, it is the only program beginners should do and they should do it until they can bench at least 200 and squat at least 300

    Thanks that's what I was wondering what goals to reach before moving on.
