Wants:
I want to get to 170 pounds at 8% or less body fat.
Be athletic and have endurance.

Be able to pass ranger school and try out for special forces.
Stats:
21 years old, 150 pounds, 5 foot 7, lifting serious for the past 4 years.
Background story:
I have been lifting since junior year of high school. Long story short I was 115 pounds and 4 years later I got up to 160 pounds naturally. I enlisted in the Army and after 6 months of training without supplements I lost 15 pounds and dropped to 145. I got back in late De***ber and started my serious lifting again in January. Since then I have gotten up to 150 pounds, which is alright, considering that I am doing it all natural. But something in my has snapped and I want to get more gains faster!! I am thinking of doing a light cycle of test to gain 5 pounds and just repeating that over a long period of time. I am deploying in late May early June and from what I hear it will be a rough deployment, so I want to be as fit and strong as possible.
Workout:
4 day split, chest tri, back bi, legs, shoulders and cardio of at least 1 mile a day.
Supps:
PCS creatine
100% whey
Lipo 6 black (to control fat)
