Is it possible to over extend your body with too much high intensity cardio?
Lets say 2 1/2 to 3 hours of straight cardio? (basketball) I am the first scorer for my team and usualy guard the best openent so I exert the most energy on my team.
I am taking a thermogenic and usually a pre workout Juggernaut before bball and on a High protein low carb diet.
Last night I won every game and stayed on the court so I didnt get a break for 2 1/2 hours and afterwards once I was making my way home I started to feel like I had the FLU but in a very intense manner, in my head, body and eyes. Also felt nauseaous. It was awful/
Today I still do not feel like myself after a solid 8+ hours of sleep. I am going to listen to my body and take today off from my normal cardio and lifting.
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
