    Diet Help!

    I'm just getting back into things and need help with my diet.

    I'm 37, 190lb, and 20lb over weight.

    Here's what I figured for my TDEE:

    2319 x 1.375 = 3188.7 – 500 = 2688.7

    40% 1075 / 4 = 269g Carbs
    40% 1075 / 4 = 269g Protein
    20% 537 / 9 = 60 g Fat

    Should I lower my carbs, and as I understand it I should break this into 5 meals.
