I mostly work out in my truck over a 14 hour day. I drive a tractor trailer. I found the bands easier to. Work with in the truck and out side. Just kinda need a work out to go along with it. The legs and abs are hard to do but the bicep and tri and delts get there fair share. My question is with bands and dbol and test e and using. Liv52 and BSA amino mix and gnc whey xxx mass . I'm 6'2" 175 or so 15.5 inch arms and gonna be doing the roids when the come in. What should I. Change up. Looking for at least 18" arms on 500mg a week of test and 60mg of dbol . I might need a more solid diet like chicken and fish every day. But mainly will the bands work to get me there. I know my arms were killing me untill I took the aminos. Now I can go longer. What is better more weight less reps for size or more reps less weight for size.
