    2nd cycle sust/winny/clen/t3

    've been a long time reader, now i rneed your help on a tricky cutter

    Hey guys
    So here's the deal :
    26 yold
    6ft- 240lbs
    14-16bf
    (had my first cycle last year, test e, went rly good).
    My goal is to get my bf around the 1digit %, maybe to compete local.

    My diet :Keto diet (PALUMBO)


    Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
    Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
    Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
    Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
    Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
    Meal 6 6 whole eggs

    Cycle :

    Test sust 325 , mon-wed-fri for 10 weeks at 0.65
    Winny 50mg/ eod for 50 days
    Clen 50mcg week 1,
    100mcg week 2-5
    50mcg week 6-wtv left
    T3 start w5-6 25mcg , 6-7 50mcg , 7-8 75mcg , 8- runs out 50mcg

    Since your begging for help.............

    Personally I don't know mucha bout t3 so I can't help you there.

    I'm glad you have PCTin check as well as your on cycle AI and HCG.

    Also I think 50 days may be too long to take winny, plus is there a reason your taking it EOD?

    Not sure why no one has responded. The cycle looks well put together. My only comment is that the test is a little high for your 2nd go round. Additionally, I would post your proposed diet in the nutrition section. Ive dieted in similar fashion on cycle, and I can tell you 0 carbs really gets difficult.

    im know diet expert by far but for you too be 240lbs your diet doesnt look very good might wanna head too diet section and get it straighten out

    My diet is good bro, it fits me well, ive done it before. I just wanna get an opinion about the t3/clen protocol.

    The problem with your diet is it's hard to eat 0 carb's and feel ok. Especially w/ working out on top of the diet. People tend to gain the fat they lost during KETO because they overeat after dieting like that. Secondly T3 can do the same thing. You will loose some weight but after you stop taking it you are likely to gain any fat you lost back after your cycle.

    I recommend adding carb's in and staying at 500 below maintence and adding in cardio to cut. It will take longer but you won't be deprived of carb's. It takes about 120 carbs a day to fuel your brain.

    But, thats the goal of a keto diet. People think your gonna feel like shit, but as soon as u kick in to ketosis your fuel is fat. So you actualy are wired and have no problem lasting a day. This is why i wanna do a keto, its so effective + i ll be on gear so i womt be scared of losing muscle, know what i mean?
    For the t3 its actually intresting that you mention that, because ive never heard anyone say that, ill research abit more. I have a few friends that have done clen/t3, and the results were mind blowing.

    I did not mention that cardio/abs will be after every workout so 5-6/week.

    Man i really wanna get shredded, and im pretty sure after that cycle i could easily be, if i dont cheat etc. Once this is done, i'll maintain or lean bulk till i die ahaah!

    I just watched a pro talking about his experience with keto pre competition. He's a big supporter of a complete cheat day. On sundays he would eat everything from hot dogs and fries to donuts and icecream. He said doing that once a week kept his metabolism from crashing.

    Ive done keto before and you're right that once your body goes into ketosis the fatigue is not nearly as bad. The first week of no carbs is always the worst.

    Thanks man! How did you come off rhe diet? Step by step? Or directly jumped on regular food
    Dis you get good results? Gaines back the weight?

    Hey guys i'm on week 2 almost 3 of the cycle! Feels good with the diet i lost a good 5-6pounds of fat, i know its fat cuz i did bf check! My question is if im
    Cutting ans still using test sust! I might not drop alot of weight but still lose alot of fat, due to muscle gains & fat burners (clen dns diet etc)?
