    The problem with your diet is it's hard to eat 0 carb's and feel ok. Especially w/ working out on top of the diet. People tend to gain the fat they lost during KETO because they overeat after dieting like that. Secondly T3 can do the same thing. You will loose some weight but after you stop taking it you are likely to gain any fat you lost back after your cycle.

    I recommend adding carb's in and staying at 500 below maintence and adding in cardio to cut. It will take longer but you won't be deprived of carb's. It takes about 120 carbs a day to fuel your brain.

    But, thats the goal of a keto diet. People think your gonna feel like shit, but as soon as u kick in to ketosis your fuel is fat. So you actualy are wired and have no problem lasting a day. This is why i wanna do a keto, its so effective + i ll be on gear so i womt be scared of losing muscle, know what i mean?
    For the t3 its actually intresting that you mention that, because ive never heard anyone say that, ill research abit more. I have a few friends that have done clen/t3, and the results were mind blowing.

    I did not mention that cardio/abs will be after every workout so 5-6/week.

    Man i really wanna get shredded, and im pretty sure after that cycle i could easily be, if i dont cheat etc. Once this is done, i'll maintain or lean bulk till i die ahaah!
