First, hi all. I am happy to be part of this community. I will post my stats, my diet and my question.
My stats: 37 years old 6 foot, 185 pounds and probably around 20-25% body fat
My Diet: I don't eat chicken or turkey... I know it sucks.
1st meal half a cup of almonds/peanuts and protein shake 20 gram whey 20 gram casein
2ed meal a cup of taco meat, a cup of veggies, 2 pieces of fried fish filet
3ed meal protein shake 20 gram whey 20 gram casein
4th meal quarter pound of ham/roast beef in a low carb wrap, 1/2 cup of veggies can of vegetable beef soup (i don't eat the potato) half a cup of fruit
5th meal half a cup of fruit or 20 grams of casein protein
I've been working out about 15 years now. Besides my current diet, i did the metabolic diet for about 5 month. ( i was able to get down to about 12%-14% body fat on this diet)
For the last 7 month.. for what ever reason I've stopped working out. About 2 month ago, i was in a snowboarding accident and couldn't walk for a month and just sat on the couch, eating what ever and getting fat.
Having 2 female co workers ask me if i've gained weight has ignited a fire to work out again.
Now, my diet.... The best diet are the ones you can stay on.. and for now, this is as good as i can get. Call me weak, call me wanting to take the easy route but mentally, i can not eat too much cleaner then this.
I will try to work out 6 times a week. 3 days of cardio, 3 days of lifting
Before the forum comes down on me for my question below and for not reading past posts, i will say i am trying. I just got this fire burning and i want to start my work out ASAP So i promise i will start reading more but right now, i want the easy answers so i can get started fast before i lose my fire.
Now my question is this. I want to lose body fat fast. I am aware that proper dieting is the best way, and i might do that down the road. But for now, i just cant do it. I want to lose fat for the summer (like every guy on here). I have a doctor friend that will prescribe what ever i want to me. What can i take, either with a prescription or just buy online that can help me shed fat fast with out damaging my liver. TRT? Steroids? Which is best for my needs. Thanks for the help![]()
