    mixing up my pins

Up until today i had only pinned glutes, but seeing as i am pinning twice a week i thought i need to mix it up so today i pinned delts split 1.5ml in each one went well very well was quit pleased.

now im thinking of mixing it up some more maybe pinning quads or pecs on thursday.

what are your favourite places to pin?

Up until today I had only done quads...love em. Tried Delts today. Honestly not a fan. Kinda pain in the arse to push the plunger and hold straight.

Jesus!! I did calves ONCE, never again. Had to skip my whole leg workout one week. Too many other bigger better sites for me. Same with Bi's. Did it once and they were sore for a week. I think you get used to some sites and it's just easier. I pin ed too. I go glutes, quads, delts, pecs repeat.

25s are nice and pain free but using propionate with 25s takes too long to get the oil moving

dont take my word for it guys just google calves intramuscular and you will see all the pain free experiences people have pinning there lol

I do upper outer quad most of the time. just started pinning delts 2 weeks ago. i wish i could do bum but dont have the flexibility to do it. may try the chest but that's kinda scary for me.

Upper outer quads are soooo easy. Full of nerves though...I bet I tap 1 every 5th pin or so. Just pull out. Move up or down a little and bingo! Something about driving a needle into my chest is too much for me!!! Guess I am a big P&ssy

Glutes, delts, thighs. Mrs.misery13 pins me in the traps and lats. I've pinned in my triceps and calves once. It got in between the muscles and swelled up, got red and hurt like a MF. I do not advise pining there.

Its not far of syrup lol, I switched to 25 yesterday on my glute and i noticed it took forever compared to the 23s, probably just because im used to using the 23s now

i pinned twice today. one in the right one in the left quad. Try getting someone to pin for you and stretch the skin. get both hands and stretch it a little bit. Completely painless. I could actually do it right now if i had to haha. U dont feel a thing. Hit with 25g

Yea, I'm trying to get used to quad pinning now. I've been hitting them each once a week but it still gets sore as hell... Gonna hang in there for a while though, it's bound to get better...

Quads are the best!!! 23 gauge 1 inch twice a week. So much easier than having to twist to get to glute. My flexibility is awful.

I pinned 1.5cc in each quad left one felt like I knicked a nerve on way in but doesn't hurt at all now right one went smooth as but can feel that corked feeling already. Heated the oil slightly and put a heat pack on after

Really didn't like them but it's two more sites I can use now.

use the upper outer part of teh quad, not the muscle on top.
