    back at it....

    been off for about 3 months now, just got back into the groove of things, how long b4i get back to the same strenght and size ??

    been off what ?? juice or weight lifting ??

    how long depends on how hard you train really. there is no exact science.

    I was 'off' (and by that I mean really intensive training) for about 3 years. I've been back at it, hard, for 6+ weeks and although I haven't regained the lost size, I have regained 90% of the lost strength.

    Mind you, I'm all natural and I'd imagine someone that was using AS couldn't come back that quick without, uh, AS

    Lifting, i was in a car accident and was told to take some time off to recover from my injuries... gained some bodyfat in the process... how much time will it take for me to get back into the same shape i was prior to the accident?? i feel like a slob right now.. starting doing 30mins of medium intensity cardio 5 times a week, lifting 3-4 times a week... high reps...

    Only 3 months....shouldn'ttake all that long. It really depends on how well yor diet and how intense your training is, like KeyMastur said.
