I cycled 10 weeks with Tren A and with Tren E then is bridging to Deca 300.. About 2-3 weeks after the bridge my bench got very week and made me extremely nervous .. Before my working sets was 250lb flat benching well like a light switch i was having a hard time with working with sets of 135lb what i used to do sets of 20 reps went to 4 reps. I am not experiencing any pain what so ever during the workout say for an injury at all i feel great before and after workouts .. I been keeping the same diet and everything all i did was switch to Deca 300...
Yes i know i am a noobie on here but this very ever so much made me very concerned.. I took a few days off from the gym and that really didn't do much i normally workout 5-6 nights a week religiously for the past just over 3 months... I was told the Deca wont give me the strength gains as Tren but i didn't know i would loose about 50% of it i wouldn't of went that route..
I didn't really gain or loose weight in them few weeks durring the bridge other then a couple pounds here and there but it was my benching strength got me extremely nervous...
