For the past 4 months i been working out 5-6 times a week 1-2 hours a day and this is my first cycle ever i was always over the counter GNC products for 6 years i fell off a year and a half and was only lightly working out and lost alot of mass and weight.. But this was all i was told to go with and yes after it all i now know how bad everything went you live and learn.. Thats why i am on here to try to fig out the proper way of everything..
