Not a good idea to train shoulders and chest on the same day. You will tire out your shoulders on chest exercises and not be able to give them the full attention they deserve. My suggestion would be:
Day 1: Chest (okay to throw in some chins supersetted with presses just for balance)
Day 2: Back
Day off 3: (cardio)
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Shoulders
Day off 6: (cardio)
Day 7: Legs (make sure you kill it on leg day if you want a balanced body)
Day 8: off day or restart from Day 1.
If you insist on training shoulders with another muscle group, do it on back day. It's the most logical. Abs you can pretty much do anytime you feel like it durinmg you work outs as it gives other muscles a time to rest. I do a lot of abs on shoulder day.
It looks great but I would switch the day I like starting out the split with legs if I do legs to start it out witch day should mix it up with ?
If you start with legs, you may want to go with chest next then back, then a day off, then arms, then shoulders then a day off.
Nice , thanks bro for the help
So I have been doing your split and just want to say it is awsome . I feel real good about it thanks agen
