Do seated DB curls with 15kg for reps both arms together when you get to the top of the curl twist the DB in to your chest when the bis pumped change to single curls for as meany as you can do on the same set, 2 sets of these then do a heavy set the same way, rememember your reps will drop on the heavy set , the reason your sitting you cant cheat and any weakness in your arms will show up also make sure when your doing the exercises that the bis are fully stretched before raising the weight up again. If you are say that there is just a slight differance then you maybe favouring you dominante side when your lifting this is why I am telling you to isolate your bis so they have to do the work not you shoulders , back , sacrifice good form and lifting technique in order to lift more weight will show differances and promote bad form and this will not target your muscles properly. When your doing Z bar our barbell stand with your back against a wall to stop you swinging just something differant to try
