    Really easy to prep. It's made from semolina.

    Remember semolina pudding at school Milky?!

    It's a tiny grainlike food, I believe the seeds are what we actually cook and eat. It just so happens to be one of if not THE only complete plant source!

    Me too, I love milk puddings!

    Quinoa (pron. keen wah) it's a South American grain/seed that has a full spectrum of amino's for it's protein make up (a complete protein). You may need to look in the specialist section of a supermarket but most of them will have it.
