    breathing difficulties when training

Lately whilst I've been training I've been having feel bad breathing problems, its not my breathing technique as I've never experienced these problems befor its just came on all of a sudden and have been like it for the best part of 2months now.. Anyone have any clues to this or have anyone experienced this thereself? Thanks
