Hey guys I'm going to start a 10 week cycle of test enanthate and was wondering when and how much should intake nolvadex ? I'm little confused is nolvadex an AI which I've read should be taken during cycle not just during pct? Thanks

We used to have a limited amount of anti E's to use but now we have the more effective AI's. If NOLVA is all you have 10-20mg daily should suffice,,,however if you can obtain an AI like AROMASIN,,LETROZOLE,,or ARIMIDEX I think those are best during the cycle and save the NOLVA for PCT.

Yeah, I agree. He could easily gain another 20lbs naturally before he cycles. He just needs to work on his diet and training.

Yeah it's true and since reading you guys talk about steroid use I've come to realise I need to fix my diet a bit more and make sure it's spot on before I use . When I do decide to use I'll have my diet spot on and the gear will give me a boost plus I'll keep most my gains ...
