Nolvadex

Hey guys I'm going to start a 10 week cycle of test enanthate and was wondering when and how much should intake nolvadex ? I'm little confused is nolvadex an AI which I've read should be taken during cycle not just during pct? Thanks

We used to have a limited amount of anti E's to use but now we have the more effective AI's. If NOLVA is all you have 10-20mg daily should suffice,,,however if you can obtain an AI like AROMASIN,,LETROZOLE,,or ARIMIDEX I think those are best during the cycle and save the NOLVA for PCT.
