try them both out and see what works best for you, don't go by what someone else says does best for them, often people respond very differently to different splits
Like WOD says, try it out, find a routine that's best for you. In a few months down the line change it up. Do chest on it's own day, and then superset the tri's / bi's a few days later.
Go with whats been said. You have to see which one works best for you. I've done both and have discovered doing bi's and tri's together works best for me.
i was a slave to chest/tri, back/bi when i finally changed it up i grew like crazy. i say let it go. mix it up. find out what works. experimentation is the funnest part of growing.
