gonna need alittle more info than that boss. are you 17 years old, 6 feet tall and 157lbs? or are you 30, 5'7 and 250? with one you could just need to eat and pack on muscle, with the other it could be the skelatal stucture you inherited. It could be a combination, or one of thousands of other things (posture, etc.) Without more info i doubt you'll get much help.
Iam 17yr,145 lbs and 6 feet tall,I don't have a hunch back it's just when I wear I tee shirt they stick out a little than normal, when I flex my back I have quite a bit of muscle on there, maybe I just have big shoulder blades because I have quite a big ribcage if you getme ? But anyway when I bulk up a little more It should fill over my shoulder blades, it's not a big deal but It just annoys me sometimes when I look in the mirror from a side angleOriginally Posted by MotoLifter
Sounds like your chest is stronger then your back pulling your shoulders forward, just keep training back hard, it's dedication that will get you there, also getting your core stronger helps your spine straighten up
I agree with Dan, at 6 feet tall you probably have a bigger frame. 145 pounds is going to make you look like a skeleton and this is why you shoulder blades appear to be sticking out. Most of us 6 foot tall and over guys had this problem once in our lives. Just most of us have the problem at 15 years old when we shot straight up before our weight caught up.
Sorry bro, i didnt notice your age before writing that. You are not that far off from us when we were 15. Go to the diet section eat what you have to but be patient, your body is just growing at 17. You will grow.
Eat eat eat eat!! I'm doing the same thing too, sucks but it's working
