Test-Cyp/Dianabol Cycle- AI/SERM Question

I am thinking of doing a Test-Cypionate cycle with Dianabol at 500mg/week split into two 250 pops every 3.5 days along with Dianabol 25mg/day. My question is regarding Gyno, and AI/SERMs.

I have a little confusion about Arimidex/Liquidex and Nolvadex. Is it best to take 0.5mg Arimidex/ every other day during the cycle? Or can Nolvadex be taken at 40mg every day, and then continued for PCT also.

Welcome Volkomm,

At age 21, you could really cause some long term damage to your HPTA and end up on TRT for life. I would stay away from gear for a few more years. In that time, you could get your diet fixed, which is the main reason that most young adults like yourself turn to AAS. (They simply dont know how to eat to grow) Visit the nutrition section, the pro's there will help you fix your diet to maximize gains. You'll be bigger and stronger in no time.

Just curious, how is it that at 21 there is a greater possibility for damage to occur than if I was say 25?

Also, I had planned to 'just' do one- maybe two cycles at the most.

What's your thoughts on Clenbuterol, and other thermogenics at 21?

EDIT: Was also thinking of doing just 300mg two pops a week at 150.

My diet is sound, I follow a stringent meal plan but the results are slow and tedious. I want a physique to the likes of Zyzz, Josef Rakich, etc. but I do not think it's possible natural at this age.

My goal isn't to become a mass monster, I train with the goal of Aesthetics and to be lean My top end I would ever want to be would be around ~190lb 8%BF.

I'm still not done looking into it, I would want to research it for another month or so before I made my decision.

This is probably not what you want to hear, but your issues are more than likely your diet. Take it to the nutrition forum, if you are confident your diet is perfect, then it wouldn't hurt to verify that. I've seen professional nutritionists that still didn't know how to eat and got some help here. Give it a go, won't hurt.

Well to be completely honest, my diet hasn't been perfect until about a month ago when I actually planned it all out Now I'm seeing fat loss results yes, but what's the point of having a 6-pack if you look like you just came out of Auschwitz.

Then what you really need is a clean bulk, calculate your daily macro needs, live off of grilled chicken and brown rice, do cardio, lift hard, sleep..and give it more then one month. I guarantee you will be a monster naturally!!

I've decided to not go on steroids at 21. However, I am going to use Clenbuterol to try and get more lean in a faster amount of time. Thanks for all the advice.
