    My goal isn't to become a mass monster, I train with the goal of Aesthetics and to be lean My top end I would ever want to be would be around ~190lb 8%BF.

    I'm still not done looking into it, I would want to research it for another month or so before I made my decision.

    Ok. Confused me with the dbol proposal

    This is probably not what you want to hear, but your issues are more than likely your diet. Take it to the nutrition forum, if you are confident your diet is perfect, then it wouldn't hurt to verify that. I've seen professional nutritionists that still didn't know how to eat and got some help here. Give it a go, won't hurt.

    Well to be completely honest, my diet hasn't been perfect until about a month ago when I actually planned it all out Now I'm seeing fat loss results yes, but what's the point of having a 6-pack if you look like you just came out of Auschwitz.

    Then what you really need is a clean bulk, calculate your daily macro needs, live off of grilled chicken and brown rice, do cardio, lift hard, sleep..and give it more then one month. I guarantee you will be a monster naturally!!
