I was asked to post this thread by moderator Doc Sust. We are closing out the STS thread and revising it with an updated version that will be much easier to follow.

Yes CNS burnout is very real but many tend to get a bit paranoid. I would not go by everything these studies claim. I never knew I was being called out...LOL..

Ronnie I am new to this forums but have fallowed your advise for past year and half aas free and today started my first jab. In which feels like a mule kicked me! Lol my gains have been awesome and look foreword to your teachings. Thank you Ronnie!
