im already thin, although not much definition and not in the ab area at all. ill loose 15lbs easy when not lifting. so at the moment im building my next cycle, but looks like its gonna take me longer than i thought....ANYWAYS...my sister just bought the insanity dvd's and ive been thinking of doing them but all i want is to do abs, not necessarily cardio. ive never done cardio since i tend to loose hard earned mass. what can/should i expect if i start hitting this routine? zero lifting at the moment.
