I just go to subway, they got eggwhites for days. I get 10 for $1.75 ed already cooked.
No shit you can just buy them from behind the counter?Originally Posted by greenwell001
liquid pasturized egg whites are perfect to add into your protein shakes
I always have some on hand, about a half cup with every protein shake
Nothin beats fillet mignon either, but I eat a 95/5 burger patty sometimes. C'on man, Jarrod eats them.
Mine have added whey protein in them, I add a cup to my morning shake, consisting of that, 100g oats, 20g natural pb, 1scoop myofusion, 100g mixed frozen berries, 1 glass water. Hello 1000 calories
Just looked it up its 9gr/ egg, usually have at least 5 a day( work within walking distance) they are not bad on a sinache salad with some turkey or chickin.

The bio availability of raw whites is around 50% but when cooked they become the most bioavailable protein you can consume at around 90-95%Originally Posted by greenwell001

Why would adding heat make them havr more protein not less?Originally Posted by mockery

Why does these idiots who make the protein then claim it has all the protein...3.25g per pump and they want you to add it to everything when really it only has 1.75g per pumpOriginally Posted by mockery
bio aviability is different for everything, egg hites have 50% BA.. its different. again thou marketing marketing marketing, they can say things that are misleading but are also true. you have to be careful. and do alot of research
Beacause it does have 3.25 g per pump but only around 50% is available to the body until you cook it.Originally Posted by Razor
Doesn't mean you have to stop adding them to your shakes. It's just the raw whites get kind of pricey when you think about it this way. They are still ok for bumping the protein content of a shake you just can't count on all of it being used by the body. But this is the reason I stopped dropping the extra cash for pasteurized whites to drink. I just cook them now and get 5doz eggs for about 8 bucks at wal mart. Sure it's a pain separating them every morning but a lot easier on my wallet.

OK I just found the best use for it..so even if its only 1.75g per ounce I can use 8oz of it as a protein liquid 100% protein no carbs or fat instead of using nasty water for shakes or fatty milk or sugary almond milk
Yeah man. It'll add pro to a shake vs water which is very nice on top of the thicker texture it adds. Which was always my favorite part of using liquid whites in my shakes.Originally Posted by Razor
I say use them if you like it. Lots of people on here still drink whites. For me it was just a money issue. My budget got tight so the extras had to go.
And as far as almond milk goes if you by the unsweetened original by silk brand it only has 1 carb from fiber per 8oz glass
Sweet ill switch back to the regular instead of vanilla.Originally Posted by Dpyle
Yeah. Just checked my carton for exact macros. 30 cal, 2.5g fat, 1g carb from fiber, and 1g pro per 8oz. Makes it easy to work into any dietOriginally Posted by Razor
So its way better than milk..what's the fats and protein?Originally Posted by Dpyle
It was in the post you quoted but it's 2.5g fat and 1g protein per 8ozOriginally Posted by Razor
And with all this talk about it I believe I'll have a glass w some cottage cheese and natty pb
That's sounds good. The eggs whites are pure liquid protein..zero fat and carbs tons of calories and proteinOriginally Posted by Dpyle

Egg whites are one of my favorite foods can't get enough of them we get about 3 dozen a week also love hard boil them
I use egg whites as the only liquid in all my shakes. Screw almond milk and there is no need for dairy bloat. Plus they are nice n' cheap.
I'm pretty sure he hard boils a real egg and uses just the whitesOriginally Posted by Razor
I think he's saying screw milkOriginally Posted by baseline_9
