How much weight you increase everyday depends on the individual... making sure to have good form and technique is just as important if not more than worrying about how much weight you are putting on... you wanna increase weigh but keep the same form. And if you are trying to gain muscle your fat % is gonna go up, its just how it works during bulking. eat clean, train hard and you will gain muscle, with minimal fat.

Grab a set of calipers from where ever online, check your BF regular and let the mirror tell you. The scale is very misleading sometimes.

Agreed!!! What you see in the mirror and the way your clothes fit is a helpful indicator of your body changing when it comes to losing fat/gaining muscle etc....scale is misleading and disappointing if you base everything by it.If youre eating enough, clean ,correctly and seeing good vascularity chances are youre on the right track.Personally IM bulking at the moment and its hard to tell because Ive gained very little fat around my waist but forearms, legs and biceps are veiny as hell...reason being my diet is on point and my workouts are intense and done with proper form and technique.Let the mirror, the hardness of your muscles, and the tape measurer do the talking and youll see what I mean.Good luck.
