Seriously? No that will not work any better or worse than the same caloric amount of bench presses, concentration curls or masterbation. Targeting excersize to a specific area will not target a specific fat zone.

You can not metabolize fat through anything other than the bloodstream. There is always some area where the fat comes off of last, for me its the upper abs for you its the lower. What will work is to either eat differently, eat less calories, increase total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) or preferably all of them together.

Losing fat is all down to diet, so is 90% of getting abs. Go in the nutrition section and ask them to set you out a cutting diet.

Good exercise I like to do is circles, what you do is rise your legs (feet together) in a large circle motion so your feet are rising up to your left then move them across the air to your right then down a round again in a circle motion. Do 10 big circles then straight into some smaller circles, ooooo shit there a killer (feel the burn baby lol)

But if I loose more fat now I'll look very skinny and unhealthy. I prefer to grow now mantaining the body fat, then later if I have time I'll do another diet.

Ok, well you could try to develop you abs, make them bigger and thicker. Try doing weighted sit ups, does your gym have a weighted ab machine?

Yes it has a weighted ab machine. But if I do weighted sit ups should I use the most weight I can and do only 10 reps?

Nah first do some regular sit ups, then go over to it and do as heavy as you can for reps of 12,10,8,6,6 ;-)

    FFM finished this thread...

Anything after that except the recommendation of visiting the nutrition section is nonsense

If you develop abs the big fat kind, granted it takes a long time to grow such abs, you can get them to show though fat. But as I have already mentioned abs are mainly down to diet, you need to really be below 11% bf to see your abs. Unless you have the thick fat kind I was talking of lol

Really? I thought that if we train the legs with 20 reps and low weight, and train upper body with heavy weights, the legs would have much less fat than the upper body. And I need to do something for my legs. When I'm running my legs scrape one in another in the interior part. Shouldn't I do Seated Hip Adduction with 20 reps and low weight?

Sounds to me if your legs cherth, you are carrying a bit of bodyfat, I think the best thing you can do is go on a cutting diet. I know you said if you do you think you will look too skinny, but think of the bigger picture, you will be able to see your abs, then once you have reached a decent bodyfat percentage you can go on a bulking diet an put on some good weight.

    What are your stats?

    Age?
    Hight
    Weight
    Bodyfat
