hey everyone, ok for starters i used to train legs alot and i got good progress in a way,, the thing is my my size seems to be more in the hamstrings and glutes. i wnt lie i have a duck arse at the best of times but i dnt really wana grow there as much anymore. i train at home and i have a power rack for free weights and also a smith machine, what excerises can i do to isolate my quads??? are front squats the way to go?? keep in my i dont hav a leg extension machine... thanks in advance![]()
