Hello knowledge ones.
I'm 167cm 27 years old
I'm at beginning of week 3 of cutting...
I started at 66kg and down to 62
What can I do in the way of exercise to help scult the mid section. I know you can't spot reduce but what tips can anyone suggest.
My diet is really good i have 6 weeks till my month long holiday on beaches so I'm looking for any advice)
I'm doing weights about 4x a week and cardio every other day but 1 rest day. Hence the 4kilos lost in 2weeksany help would be gold.
