About how many sets of an exercise should I be doing if I just want to bulk up. Right now I'm doing 2 warm up sets just to get the blood flowing then 4 sets where I can only rep about 6 to 8 reps.

Bulking is a lot about diet, without the sufficient nutrients ur not gonna "bulk up"
A lot of people seem to go with Dorian Yates workout, give it a search and see how u like it,

1 set that fails at 5 reps
1 set that fails at 10 reps
1 set that fails at 15 reps
this should hit all the type 2 muscle fiber types and maximize growth. it goes without saying that each set is to failure
Thanks you guys ill have to give that a try. I really got my diet down I'm eating about every 2 hours. I'm really trying to put some size on now because I have the cut and not I want the mass
