I do 50/60 minutes fasted A.M cardio 6/7 days a week at very low intensity to keep in my fat burning zone. (Have heart rate monitor to assist) This is bullsh*t..... Just burn calories and save a hell of a lot of time on the treadmill...increase the intensity to atleast moderate
My question is can I go straight on to lifting as soon as I have finished my cardio or is it best to leave it and get something to eat first?
U want ur lifting to be heavy and intense so I would make sure u are well fuelled for it.... So I'd never do cardio b4 weights... I'd feel lethargic
Will lifting straight away be effected by the cardio or is it ok to just go from cardio to weights?
Another question
Whilst doing my lifting I'm doing moderate weights for 10/12 reps should I drop the weight and up the reps or up the weight and lower the reps?
Keep the weight training normal..... 8-12 reps, intense, moderate volume...
Is there a winning combo whilst burning fat/ loosing weight or do I just find what works for me and my body?
Intense weight training, a good energy debt via a clean diet and moderate intensity cardio
Thanks in advance guys your advice has always spurred me on to achieve my goals
