    cardio and bodyfat ????????

    what is the best cardio for losing bodyfat and how long should you do it for ?

    30 to 45 min 4 to 5 days a week will do you good

    For me it's treadmill at a varying incline of 6 to 12% or higher where your heart rate stays fairly high. Nothing compares to fat burning ability of morning fasted cardio. I'm 6', so I walk this routine @ 4.2 MPH for 30 minutes (I increase incline every few minutes then back down and repeat till done). I also run flat for 30 minutes.

    Exactly what Austinite said. I have had a similar routine for the longest time and is worked quite well.

    So you mix fast walking, and running? I've been sticking to CrossTrainer and bikes due to no Impact on my knees.
    I might shake it up.

    Sprints torch fat.

    Sprint, go all out, for :30 rest :45 repeat 10 - 20 times.

    Depends on your Bodyfat %

    But generally unless your really lean u just need to do whatever burns the most calories
