30 to 45 min 4 to 5 days a week will do you good
For me it's treadmill at a varying incline of 6 to 12% or higher where your heart rate stays fairly high. Nothing compares to fat burning ability of morning fasted cardio. I'm 6', so I walk this routine @ 4.2 MPH for 30 minutes (I increase incline every few minutes then back down and repeat till done). I also run flat for 30 minutes.
Exactly what Austinite said. I have had a similar routine for the longest time and is worked quite well.

Sprint, go all out, for :30 rest :45 repeat 10 - 20 times.
Depends on your Bodyfat %
But generally unless your really lean u just need to do whatever burns the most calories
