I've been doing a modified version of SS for around 3-4 month's now,
went from 65 kilos to 80 and been cutting for 2 weeks now.
I'll be cutting till around 70 kilos and want to start a program which is designed for more muscle gains since I don't really care
about the strength only routines.
What would you advice me to do? A typical 3 way split 2 times a week with 1 rest day or what?
My goal is to be 75-80 kilos lean by next summer.
