    I worked out at the gym today and went a little too fast...

    My shoulder felt like I pulled something but then I was fine later.

    Yep. If i can go an entire year without trauma/injury, it's a minor miracle. I'm glad I found my weapon to help heal injuries

    Yeah, same here. I seem to be very susceptible to injury lately so I've been super cautious. Take your time and don't underestimate the importance of warming up and stretching.

    Age has a lot to do with it too. For me, I've reluctantly had to concede I need to spend a good 10 to 15 minutes warming up before starting my routines.

    Absolutely, I always stretch but I forget to jump on the treadmill for 20 minutes

    gotta get that blood pumping--let us no how you feel tomo or evn in a cpl days--just becus it stopped today, doesnt mean good you no?
