Im wondering how many people do dead lifts with legs or with back. I have always done this with back but i have noticed people doing them with legs. I wanna know if one way is better then the other or what people prefer.

Deadlifts for legs primarily for me. But heavy deads work the entire back side. RDL's are legs and lower back. But use deads as a leg day.
Stiff leg dead lift when doing legs and dead lifts when doing back
^^Same. If I had all the time in the world I might consider Dead lift AM Upper back PM. Get pretty wiped after Dead Lifts.
With my back, but it automatically gives my hams a good workout too
Legs. I use it as my heavy hamstring exercise but squats are first
I have done deads on leg day when running a power/hyper routine..... I liked it.... Deads after squats... Kills u tho...
Dead lifts and squats on the same day will be crazy but i will try. Thanks for the help
i started doing some accessory leg work after deadlifts. Saturdays are my deadlift days. i go and hit my deadlift routine and then do some leg press, leg extensions, and leg curls. really high reps, 2 sets of 30 for each exercise. Wednesday is my normal leg day where i hit my squats, box squats, hack squats, lunges, etc. heavy weight, low reps
When Iam doing heavy deads lifts I feel couldn't do heavy squats I normally take two days between dead's and squats , I do my back with my dead's
I do back with deadlifts. DLs done every 10 days or so.
