    i hated to be that blunt.... but like you said in your post - we know nothing about him/training/nutrition/age/etc ...

    I almost feel most people think they can just blindly take whatever.

    I know, these forums are a godsend.

    I was like this before I found this forum. I literally took what my supplier said was 'good'. I'm glad I'm not THAT guy anymore lol.
