How would you go about reducing blood pressure while on a test, tren, mast cycle? Besides watching your sodium intake and eating clean?

Stay hydrated, use garlic & incorporate a vasodialator if necessary (on cycle it will most likely be necessary) I use Cialis.
Diet, reduce stress, baby aspirin, reduce sodium, to name a few.
Blood pressure meds...........
Are you using an AI? Lowered my greatly!
CoQ10 has shown to reduce systolic in some peeps.
Forgot to add hawthorne berry.
Absolutely correct....and most claims are false or the benefits are marginal at best. For example, a new natural product called Cholestoff Plus claims to lower your LDL but the effects are no greater than the same outcomes of a cleaner, healthier diet. Resveratol makes similar claims about HDL but again, nothing greater than diet and exercise.Originally Posted by Times Roman
There are so many claims about things that can lower blood pressure:
- hydration
- fiber intake
- red wine (resveratrol)
- fish oil (only lowers triglycerides)
- CoQ10
- ubiquinol
- garlic
- red yeast rice
- ginger
- artichoke leaf
- niacin
- ginseng
Unfortunately AASs and many of the AIs will have negative effects on cholesterol/lipids making it much harder to manage BP. As TR, in some cases, BP meds may be necessary and unavoidable in some people during cycles.
Adex is popular. It's faster acting with a half life of nearly 48 hrs, BUT it much harsher on your lipids than femara or aromasin.Originally Posted by Soar
Aromasin has less than a 24 hour half life but will permanently block aromatase enzymes (hence the reference to a suicide inhibitor). It takes a little longer than Adex to build up and be effective.
There are several threads on AIs posted here. It would e a very useful read for you to understand how the different AIs work and the side effects of each.
I use cycle assist, and only 1 pill a day corrects totally my BP. without, I can't even sleep, I feel my hearth BUMBUMBUM, not fast, but ****in strong
Are you testing BP regularly or just going on "how you feel".Originally Posted by XxAndreaxX

I once felt totally fine and had my BP taken on a fluke when I stopped by the doctors office to pick something up. My BP was almost 180/110. Everyone lost their sh*t including me. I had to abandon my cycle. This is back when I was in the "AI on hand in case of sides" camp. Moronic.
Below is a paragraph from Livestrong. OP, do your own research and see if it's somethign you want to add. I did some research and added it to help my systolic.
Blood Pressure and CoQ10
Coenzyme Q10 is often used as a supplement to help lower blood pressure, but according to the University of Maryland Medical Center, it may take up to 4 to 12 weeks before any positive effects may be seen. The studies that have been done were small but appear to be promising. In the April 2007 issue of the "Journal of Human Hypertension," researchers concluded that coenzyme Q10 has the potential to lower blood pressure without any major side effects. According to the clinical trials the researchers analyzed, coenzyme Q10 has the potential

pomegranate concentrate sold in fruit section at groceries,,,and baby aspirin,,surprisingly helps me.along with AIs .
first of all if you blood preasure is high you need to come off... asap... if you want natural things listed above are great sourcess..i use Q10, fish oil, niacin, and garlic... then i went to the doc and he prescribed hart meds to lower my bp... it was 180 over 130 for days.... mostly likely from the tren a in large doses...
i should say that after years of using tren and or anadrol i have some liver damage they call diease... it is from having my bp at high levels and not doing any thing about it. so be forwarned you need to make a decision... good luck
4 stalks of celery a day is supposed to help to reduce it quite a bit.
The thing to remember with many of the homeopathic and OTC remedies is that the benefits in regulating BP or cholesterol is minimal, often not much better than dietary adjustments, and the proclaimed benefits are general not those tested in anabolic users.
I'm not opposed to these naturopathic remedies, but I am skeptical of their benefits.
My wife makes me a juice cocktail daily that is supposed to regulate cholesterol and BP. It's one of the worst tasting juices! It contains: green peppers, Granny Smith apples, cucumbers, celery, and bitter melon (if you haven't tasted bitter melon, it's disgusting!!!).
I take blood pressure medicine and I stay away from places that will make my temper flair up and allow my blood pressure to inflate. My Blood pressure is very high and im playing Roulette basically here lol
I had blood pressure and cholesterol issues recently, but I felt much better once I dropped eggs from my diet and reduced salt intake.
its all about cardio
ALA has worked wonders for me man. Cheap and easy.
I drink 1.5 gallons of H20 a day. It's hard and I have to pee A LOT, but it helps.
As far as OTC remedies go one of the best things you can do is incorporate some natural diuretics into your diet to help reduce water retention. As well as things to help improve kidney health/function since they control fluid balance in the body. This includes things such as Vit b & c, lemon juice, and L-carnitine. If that doesn't work, bite the bullet and go to the Doc for a simple beta blocker, ACE inhibitor, or something along those lines. Not wanting to see the Doc isn't worth the detrimental effects of hypertension
My bp was high I started taking cialis from sponser, and it went from an avg of 160-170/85-90 to avg of 124-140/80-82. I didn't want to go on daily pill so I take that week on week off. 5 mg day sometimes I up it to 10mg ed. That's off cycle, on cycle 12.5 aromasin EOD
I get kind of a cialis hangover. I don't feel very good the next day.
