Adex is popular. It's faster acting with a half life of nearly 48 hrs, BUT it much harsher on your lipids than femara or aromasin.

Aromasin has less than a 24 hour half life but will permanently block aromatase enzymes (hence the reference to a suicide inhibitor). It takes a little longer than Adex to build up and be effective.
