Is there anything wrong with e.g
3 excercises 3 sets for triceps one week
Next week 3 different excercises 3 sets each
Then next week do the same
Are there pros and cons of doing this ? I was reccommend it by my gym owner

you should change your routine every 6 weeks or so at least, but i can't see the harm in doing it every week...
try it see how you go.
I suppose yeah, any 1 else care to feedback ?
When Phil Heath visited fort hood he said he changes his routine up after about 3 to 4 workouts, he said he does this because some guys change it every time but he likes to see progress made before he changes.
IMO I change things up every couple Weeks because if I only do an exercise once and then move on to another in my work out I don't get the muscle memory and practice to do it as good again. I have to perform an exercise quite a few times before I can get it perfect.

I agree with this.
Its important for your mucsle to develop and adapt before you change your routine for that particular mucsle. Otherwise, you could end up short changing yourself and not developing the mucsle to its full potential with a specific exercise. 4 weeks is usually plenty of time for the mucsle to adapt.
I try to change up the order of my routine every week. Currently training with my cousin who's a personal trainer/power lifter, kickin my ars good...
I like to change it up every 4 weeks (1 month) need to have some time to add more weight/reps. Hard to make progress if your jumping around all the time.
