hey guys
My work is now calisthenics
i havent done weights over a 3.5 week period. and it feels great.
my workout consist of everyday
intervals on the bike 30 on 60 off for 30mins
300-500 push ups(vary flat incline decline cloose wide)
200-300 pull ups
200 pull ins(like seated rows)
200 dips
then 20 mins of intervals on abs..
i feel great and i can get through my workouts everyday
just wondering what you guys think of it???
