    Streaching

Just read that stretching before your work out may result in a better chance of injury. This new study shows stretching after is now recommended...? This is new to me.. Thoughts on this..

Dynamic is movement oriented so like body weight squats, static is where your hold the stretch.

Take some cold blue tack and pull it and See when it snaps. Now warm it up an pull it, how much longer before it snaps?

Plenty of studies that static stretching does indeed fatigue the muscle immediately before you lift.

Agree...static stretching should only be performed when the muscle being stretched is warm (blood flow).

I've started doing a 5 min row w a sauna suit on to get nice and warm then do a little stretching session afterwards when my body is nice and warm. Beats paying for hot yoga but the view isn't as nice...
