    6 day training split??

So I’m on a pretty decent cycle. I’m wondering if I do a bro split 1 body part per day. why can’t I workout everyday take 1 day rest then start it all over again. Isn’t that enough time to rest each body part?

Idk can you? Nobody can answer that but you. Since I work 12s and have a home and family to take care of I train 3-4 times per week on my heaviest cycles. But I go by feel. Once in a blue moon i hit 5 days just dont have time for it even if i was 100 percent recovered each morning which i would not be so does not matter

If you wanna do 6 days a week, I would prefer push pull legs with 1 intensity day and 1 volume day

Why are you asking for permission? If you feel up to it, go for it. There's not exactly a rulebook.

I have done 6 days on several occasions but not necessarily when I’m trying to put on size, more like in a cut, for size and strength 4 days works best for me but I like 5 days just bc I like to go to the gym. In my opinion if you’re making gains go as much as you want
