So I've been training for about 8years always one body part a week! And I am over it!!!

I would like to start a new program, I do not train with anyone, so I can't do HIT or anything like that, can anyone recommend a workout or help me! I would like to try a push pull leg program but last time I did it, I was overtraining my chest and under training my shoulders, also my legs weren't recovering in time!

I would really appreciate some help guys!! Cheers

Forced reps and pause reps, they need a spotter to be done,

This week I've been doing a two day split,
    Day 1: upper body
    Day 2: lower body
    Rest day
    Repeat

End up getting in 3 workouts for upper, 2 for lower
