    Ideas?

    So I'm in my pct still but my new job is 3 weeks on 1 week off.. And when on I'm in a hotel with no gym .. Losing gains.. What to do ?

    You will continue to loose your gains under such circumstances, regardless of diet and complying with a solid PCT protocol.

    If you can't lift, you can't really help loosing gains, plain and simple...

    Try using body weight excercises to reduce the amount you will lose just a thought
