Kay so right now im on dorian yates hit routine. Been on it for about 3-4 weeks. Im wondering what would be another good routine to keep my body guessing. And when i should start it and stop my current.
My stats:
178 - 182 lbs
About 15-18% bf. dont know for sure. Just going by what i see.
26 yrs old.

Did a cycle about 5 months ago. Started at 145. Ended at 175. After pct was about 165. Diet wasnt perfect but kept lots my gains. I dont plan to cycle till i get to 185-190 naturally. Was hoping i could get help. Already got help on nutrition forum. Now looking to this. Keep in mind to my question that im a hard gainer and gain weight slowly. I have a small frame. And my limbs / ginetics sucks for bodybuilding. I hope to be about 190 lean in the end. Hopefully by next december. If not im not in a hurry.
Also id like to state my body gets over trained real easy. So i dont tend to blast myself for an hour in gym. 5-6 days a week.
