Hey guys I'm new here but I've been following as a guest for a while, I'm natural at the moment 20 years old 13-14% body fat 143lbs and 169cm tall.
I read the post about planning your first cycle, and according to the post I'm not ready for a cycle, age and diet wise.
I'm here to ask about the best supplement stack for bulking. I don't care how much weight I put I just want to bulk. Like no abs bulk.
I'm currently on mass gainer but its not doing much, I eat a lot by the way but not that healthy.
I have the fastest metabolism I don't know where my food goes.
This is my diet at the moment, started 3 days ago
Meal 1: 1 scoop of mass, 2 eggs, 2 bananas, table spoon of honey
Meal 2 : chicken breast , veggies, rice or pasta
Meal 3 : same as above or 2 cans of tuna sometimes
Meal 4 : post workout shake (mass gainer)
Meal 5 : chicken or stake with veggies
I want a supplement stack to go with that diet and with a hi volume workout with little cardio.
