    Help With 2nd Cycle!!!

    i am 25 years old and ive done one cycle in the past ive been off well over 2 months. I ran Test e and mast e. I am wanting to run Sustanon 250 and Tren E.

    Week 1-12 Sustanon 500 and tren E 250.
    i will get an ai (Anastrozole) on hand. and i plan on running HCG the last two weeks of a cycle 2 units eod. And i plan on having nolva for pct.

    Wieght: 175
    Bf: 10%
    Max barbell bench: 285
    Deadlift: 350
    Squat 375 ( well over a month ago on last max)

    ive been looking up on these to compounds and im really excited to start but how ever i feel like i should reasearch more on them.

    should i see any sides on this cycle and should i get Caber for the tren?

    Just out of couriousity, why would you run mast in your first cycle?

    I dont like your 2nd cycle at all. Tren is not a toy and @ 175 (unless you are 5'), you have not put in the time or training to build a proper base. How were you planning on dosing 100mg of Tren each week?

    Thanks for the quick reply! I just got the tren and its 250mg/ml. so ill be running 250 tren e a week. is it safe to stack the sustanon 250 and tren in the same needle? Ill be doing tren 75mg/ml on top of sustanon 250mg/ twice a week. My hieght is 6 flat. and ive been lifting hard for about 2 years on but i used to lift alot when in highschool. I usually run a 5 day split.

    and i was referred to mast by the my gear guy. And honestly i liked it. i had good lean gains and no problems with my first cycle.

    Welcome.

    Never take advice from your dealer. He will never have your best interest.

    Honestly, you should set all the gear aside and hit the nutrition section. You need a decent base to build off of. So try to put on some more weight naturally and then consider a test only cycle.

    i have no problem putting on wieght, but i want lean gains. Ive looked into this nutrition section a lot. And ive been eating atleast 75% clean and 25% not as much on the healthy side. And by Base what size is recommended? biggest ive ever been is 185.

    I was your current weight in grade 12, at 5'9, about 11 o r 12% bf and all natural... you need to put on more natural muscle (your base) before more gear usage.

    PS- the Mast gave you almost none of the gains your experienced (how light were you when you started that cycle?) it was all the test

    I didn't say the mast gave me the gains? It did increase my muscle vascularity and made me feel good. I was satisfied with my results. And I gained 10 pounds off the cycle and never really lost much. I'm currently 175, 6 ft tall. And how does your weight when you were in 12th grade, matter to me now? Everyone is different. I appreciate all the advice tho. But now I'm left with more unanswered questions.

    How much weight should I put on before use?

    And with those dosages, are they in high risk of the nasty sides?

    I'm sorry I'm new, to the forums i have browsed this site and forums a bunch but just now made an account so i could actually ask questions.

    Other than me not having a big enough base, what else should I fix or do more research on?

    At 6' 175lbs you probably don't eat anywhere near enough to grow. Even with gear you won't grow well, and what you gain will fall off rapidly once you come off cycle.

    I get roughly around 200g protein a day 100 from Optimum nutritious serious mass. I get about 5,000 calories a day and I get plenty of carbs from my breakfast. Most lunches are grilled chicken breast or tilapia. I eat roughly seven well proportion meals a day. I'm on my iPhone since my computer is down. And it's complicated trying to post things. Sorry for the inconvenience. I drink lots of water and I cycle creatine every 4 weeks with 2 weeks off.

    But I didn't lose all my gains off the Test/Mast cycle. Is the sust/tren not a good cycle?

    No dissrespect intended but its hard to believe you get 5000 cals a day. I hit 175 naturally and Im 6" shorter than you. It was a struggle to hit 3000 a day consistantly. Post your diet from yesterday just curious.

    theres your first problem.... dont include your shake calories, especially protein ones in your daily calculations. Shakes are a lot of filler and dont do too much. They are great for right after a workout or if there is no way to eat real food, but are not a meal replacement. You should be closer to 300g protein if you are trying to add muscle

    5000 cals and only 200g of protein ? what is the rest of your diet consist of ? and youre taking half of your protein cosumption from shake ? i would cut the shake and replace them with quality foods (rice, beef, chicken, sweet potato).
    check out the nutritional forum bro, theres some vets on there thatll help you out.

    im 5'7" and 190lbs at about 14-15% bf. i struggle to eat 3000-3500 cals a day. if anything recalculate you macros and maybe post your diet in the nutrition forum. KCCO

    Okay so the shakes will knock off about 2000 cals. I'm really a scrub to all this dieting stuff. I've been watching Milo's Sarcev seminar on nutrition and I'm going to keep watching them. My biggest problem so far off then would be that I'm a college student. Money is kinda tight. So is there still a good diet plan that I could work with my budget and still get good quality meals?

    I think the best foods for a student with little to no cash is always gonna be tons of tuna and rice and broccoli. The shakes aren't the best but in a pinch they do. Oats are also extremely good and fairly cheap.

    I figured I mainly eat oats for breakfast and I pretty much keep Tha canned tuna. Im honestly just turned 20 I knew people would jump down my throat but its only for good reason so I can't mad for it. Ima get my diet in check and try to get close too 190ish. Because my Lifetime goal is to maintain around 205. I don't wanna be to big but just very muscular build.

    Ah hell you're still wet behind the ears! Tons a time to grow :P there's no reason you couldn't hold at 210 with moderate body fat and still not be to bulky.

    Why run mast on first cycle? Dont you think tren on second cycle is a big jump. What are you going to do next cycle? I would just run another test e cycle with dbol.

    Idk man to be honest I looked up on it and it looked good people had good reviews so I did it. And I'm not gonna run another one for a while. Im going to keep looking into the nutrition forums and learn about that and get it down before doing more gear
